I brought my RTV in for a check and install a lift kit. These guys are the best, they are farmers, also own the machines, relate to issues and uses and know the problems owners face on the land. Absolutely give them a 5 star ++
I have a Kubota Zero Turn that's been having electrical issues lately. Cole & his crew did an outstanding job working to get it fixed. As usual with electrical issues, it took a few stabs at it but they kept at it til it got resolved. Thanks to Cole & the whole crew at Crown Power for their tremendous work & dedication to customer service & getting it right!
Kole and Rob were absolutely great to work with getting our loader serviced and cleaned. They even picked it up from one location and delivered it to another location to help us out. From start to finish every employee I talked with was kind and prompt in getting us taken care of. Rob was especially nice to work with and did everything we asked without a hitch. Rob deserves a raise!
Purchased a new tractor from these guys and they have been great to work with. Brian got me the quote immediately and once we agreed on the price for the tractor and implements I wanted that was it.During dealer prep they discovered an issue with the tractor and were able to get a new part and get it replaced quickly so I could get to work. Brian kept me in the loop about what was going on and where we were in the process along the way.Even with the repair that was needed on a lift arm, from initial contact to delivery was 16 days! More than acceptable in current times..This was not the only dealer/brand I looked into.. but was the only dealer that seemed like they wanted to sell a tractor... big green and blue just didn't seem to give to cents about me wanting to make a purchase.. besides Kubota is better anyway :)Thanks again Brian!
I ordered wheels that are to get and Crown power equipment got them and at a better price.
Whitley was my sales rep. Probably the best service I've had during any buying experience. The communication, patience and courtesy was fantastic. I purchased a new cab tractor and will be getting a baler and batwing brush hog from them this week or next. The finance staff was great as well. All around great place to do business with.

We picked up a used Kubota tractor and implements purchased through an online auction. The Crown Power employees were very helpful with loading the items on the trailer. Also, they were able to supply an owners manual and history on the items we purchased.
We have worked with Mark for several years now and have always been happy with our service but this last time he went above and beyond.
