Service Technician
Location: Salisbury
Classification: Non-exempt FT
Reports To: Service Manager

Essential Job Functions

• Independently perform basic to complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance work on agricultural and construction equipment
• Complete legible and thorough documentation required with work assignments
• Effectively communicate equipment problems and resolutions to supervisor and customers
• Attend appropriate, recommended training off-site
• Maintain current product knowledge
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must have own tools or ability to acquire them
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Safety-minded work habits

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Case IH, Case CE, or Kubota equipment
• Commercial Driver’s License
